  • Your Right to Change Your Mind

For most items purchased online from Hookr.Rugby, you have the legal right to change your mind and receive a refund, including delivery costs. Some conditions apply, as outlined below.

  • When You Can’t Change Your Mind

You won’t be able to return an order if:

  1. The product was sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g., base layers, mouthguards) and has been unsealed after delivery.

  2. The item has been mixed inseparably with other products after delivery.

  • Return Deadline

If you decide to return a product, you must inform us within 30 days of receiving it. For orders with multiple deliveries, this period starts the day after the final delivery.

  • How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email info@hookr.rugby standing your order number (if online), or proof of purchase from our pop ups, and our team will contact you with next steps.

  • Return Costs & Process

You must return the item (including any free gifts) within 30 days of shipment unless otherwise stated during promotional periods.

Returns are at your own cost, please keep proof of postage, including the date and weight of the parcel. If we don’t receive the return, or it arrives late, we may not be able to process your refund.
